Believers in God may maintain that the known universe may logically be assumed a good statistical sample of the whole universe and there has not been enough time and resources in the known universe since the highly probable Big Bang, to expect a natural random process leading to something like human brain (why?).
Who could have resisted the Big Bang and create human? The God. A very powerful wise being to survive Big Bang and create human brain after that (via some kind of evolution or ...). The same being who creates human brain can logically be assumed capable of creating good ethical systems for human. Is it not what we expect normally?
The non-believers seem to hate the ambiguities in such vague probabilistic semi-proofs. Such semi-proofs do however bring some belief, much or less.
