A Dictatorship is a political system in which the performance of the ruling person/group(s) cannot be practically judged by those under the system according to the Ethical System accepted by the majority, in order to take desired steps towards enhancing the performance, for example by replacing the person/group(s). To this date, no country is totally free from dictatorship if we strictly apply this definition. The difference between levels of dictatorship can however be made measurable in many cases.
